Abstract:
A server 10 according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: an acquisition unit 11 for acquiring video data items in which users are captured; a generation unit 12 for generating avatars corresponding to the users on the basis of the video data items of the users; and a presenting unit 13 for generating and presenting virtual space videos to the users. The acquisition unit 11 is configured to be able: to acquire a first video data item which is among the video data items obtained by capturing a user U1 during a period T2 from a plurality of different directions and in which a first portion P1 of the body of the user U1 is reflected; and not to acquire a second video data item in which a second portion P2 is reflected. The generation unit 12 generates a first portion P1 of an avatar A1 of the user U1 in the period T2 on the basis of the first video data item acquired during the period T2, and generates a second portion P2 of the avatar A1 in the period T2 on the basis of the second video data acquired in the period T1 earlier than the period T2.
