Title:
VIRUS TEST DEVICE, VIRUS TEST SYSTEM, VIRUS TEST METHOD, AND VIRUS TEST PROGRAM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/039160
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a virus test device for in situ testing the presence or absence of a target virus easily, quickly and sensitively. [Solution] A virus test device comprising: a pseudoreceptor membrane (13) on which a plurality of pseudoreceptors (14), said pseudoreceptors having a structure mimicking a host cell receptor that specifically binds to a target virus, are arranged; a virus carrier pipe (A) forming a piping system, in which air to be tested (31a) is introduced and then compressed into a high-speed air flow of a test aerosol (33b) containing the target virus to thereby concentrate the target virus contained in the air under testing and then the high-speed air flow is jetted onto the pseudoreceptor membrane; a signal converter (12) which converts a physical signal, said physical signal indicating a change in the physical state of the pseudoreceptor membrane caused by the specific binding of the pseudoreceptors to the target virus, into an electrical signal; and a signal processing unit (50) which detects the specific binding of the pseudoreceptors to the target virus via integrated differential detection of the data output from the signal converter.
