Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a viscoelastic anticorrosive adhesive, a preparation method therefor, and an application thereof. The viscoelastic anticorrosive adhesive comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of polyisobutylene, 55-65 parts of an inorganic filler, 1-2 parts of a silicon oxide and polyamide wax compound, and 0-2 parts of an anti-aging agent. The polyisobutylene is mainly formed by mixing polyisobutylene having a molecular weight of 30,000-50,000 and polyisobutylene having a molecular weight of 80,000-100,000, and the polyisobutylene obtained by the mixing has a molecular weight of 50,000-80,000. Polyisobutylene has strong cohesion and a strong substrate wetting capability, and therefore can also avoid the occurrence of a "supercooling flow" phenomenon.
