Abstract:
A visual laser engraving machine, comprising a bottom plate (1), clamping assemblies (9), and a product body (10). A portal frame (2) is provided on the periphery of the surface of the bottom plate (1); an electric pulley (4) is slidably connected to the interior of the horizontal sliding rail (3), and a laser (6) is slidably connected to the interior of the longitudinal sliding rail (5); a lower sliding rail (8) is provided in the middle of the surface of the bottom plate (1), and the clamping assemblies (9) are slidably connected to the interior of the lower sliding rail (8); each clamping assembly (9) comprises a control pulley (901), electric push rods (902), a servo motor (903), and micro push rods (904), and the product body (10) is provided between the micro push rods (904). According to the visual laser engraving machine, a distance between the laser (6) and the surface of the product body (10) is measured after the product body (10) is turned over, and the product body (10) is driven by means of the electric push rods (902) to lift/lower, so that all the surfaces of the product body (10) are in a same height horizontal plane during engraving; moreover, smoke generated during engraving is blown downwards by a first fan (11) and a second fan (13) so that the smoke sinks and passes through an activated carbon plate (12) for adsorption and filtration, thereby facilitating preventing the smoke from floating up and being absorbed by a human body.
