Abstract:
A visual test bed device with a rotary inflow channel for turbulent combustion with low heat loss, wherein a lower end of a transparent observation window (1) is fixedly mounted on an upper flat plate (2); the upper flat plate (2) is connected to a lower flat plate (13) by means of supporting posts; quartz glass is fixed between adjacent supporting posts; the lower flat plate (13) is provided, at a central position thereof, with a through hole where a cyclone (12) is mounted; a gas mixing pipe (14) is connected to the cyclone (12), and the other end of the gas mixing pipe (14) is connected to a pipe joint (16); the pipe joint (16) is connected to a pagoda joint (17), and the pagoda joint (17) is provided with a gas inlet (18) and an oxidant inlet (19); a flow regulating perforated plate (15) is mounted in the pipe joint (16); and each of the supporting posts is provided with an ignition device. With this device, thorough pre-mixing of a fuel and air can be realized, and when a stable eddy turbulent air flow is formed, visual observation of turbulent combustion can be realized.
