Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a composition which contains a vitamin B12 compound and in which the decomposition of the vitamin B12 compound due to light exposure is suppressed. [Solution] A polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester is added to a vitamin B12 compound-containing composition and the content of the polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester is controlled to 10 parts by weight or less per part by weight of the vitamin B12 compound. Thus, the decomposition of the vitamin B12 compound can be suppressed even if the composition is exposed to light under severe conditions and an extremely remarkable effect of photostabilizing the vitamin B12 compound can be achieved.
