Provided in the embodiments of the present application are a voice control method and apparatus, and an electronic device. The method is applied to an electronic device, and comprises: identifying content elements on the current application interface, wherein the content elements comprise an operable control and application interface content other than the operable control; grouping the content elements on the current application interface, and classifying the operable control and the application interface content other than the operable control, which have an association relationship, into one group, so as to acquire a grouping result; acquiring speech text corresponding to speech which is input by a user; determining, on the basis of the grouping result, an operable control corresponding to an operation object, wherein the operation object is a content element to which the speech text refers; and for the operable control corresponding to the operation object, generating an operation instruction corresponding to the speech which is input by the user. According to the method in the embodiments of the present application, on the basis of realizing assistive voice control, the aesthetic degree of an interface can be prevented from being affected, so as to reduce the degree of complexity of a voice control operation, thereby improving the user experience regarding assistive voice control.
