Abstract:
A voice inquiry system (9) comprises a smart speaker operation server device (2) and a chat bot portal server device (3). The smart speaker operation server device (2) comprises a voice recognition unit (22), a chat bot portal server transfer unit (25), and a voice synthesis unit (27). The voice recognition unit (22) converts asking voice into an asking text. The chat bot portal server transfer unit (25) transmits the asking text to the chat bot portal server device (3). The voice synthesis unit (27) converts a received answer text into answer voice. The chat bot portal server device (3) comprises a chat bot specifying data management unit (33) and a chat bot specifying unit (32). The chat bot specifying data management unit (33) holds characteristics for each chat bot server device (4). The chat bot specifying unit (32) specifies a chat bot server device (4) adapting to the asking text from the characteristics for each chat bot server device (4) and characteristics of the asking text.
