Abstract:

A voice message providing system includes a message data server and a voice message providing center for providing an appropriate voice message in response to a telephone call from a predetermined caller. The message data server has a message library for storing a plurality of voice messages classified by using a plurality of categories. The voice message providing center has a voice message storage device for storing voice messages by relating them to telephone numbers of called persons and a caller information storage means for storing telephone numbers of a plurality of callers by dividing them into a plurality of caller groups corresponding to a plurality of categories.
