Abstract:
A voice signal decoding device is provided with a first decoder (113), a second decoder (123), a signal switching unit (132), and a noise addition unit (133). The first decoder (113) decodes first encoded data encoded by a first encoding method and transmitted. The second decoder (123) decodes second encoded data encoded by a second encoding method and transmitted, and having a narrower band than the first encoded data. The signal switching unit (132) performs switching between an output signal from the first decoder (113) and an output signal from the second decoder (123) and outputs the obtained output signal. The noise addition unit (133) adds a noise signal to a high-frequency band in which a signal component is more insufficient in the output signal from the second decoder (123) than in the output signal from the first decoder (113) when the signal switching unit (132) switches the output signal from the output signal from the first decoder (113) to the output signal from the second decoder (123).
