Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of evaluating simply, how an aroma component influences the senses when eating and drinking. This device is characterized by comprising: a first flow path 1 connected to the exhaust flow path from a gas chromatograph, sending into the mouth a volatile component separated by the gas chromatograph; a container 2 for placing therein a fluid sample, other than a gas, having fluidity; and a second flow path 3 sending into the mouth the fluid sample that has been placed in the container 2. Using this device allows each of the volatile components separated by the gas chromatograph and fluid samples other than gas to be sent directly into the mouth and evaluated successively, thus solving the problem.
