Abstract:
The present invention relates to a volatile-organic-compound recovery device; relating to a volatile-organic-compound recovery device for outdoor use fitted with a suction pump whereby it is possible to effectively suck in and recover oil vapour even when the vapour pressure of the oil-vapour generating source is low, and at the same time it is possible to maximise the recovery rate and economise on the amount of power consumed by implementing the recovery process in multiple steps. And the invention comprises: a suction unit having a first inflow port which links through to an oil-vapour discharge tube of a storage tank; a heating unit for heating the oil vapour, that has been sucked in through the suction unit, to a predetermined temperature range; a recovery unit having a main cooling body which is formed so as to have a cooling chamber on the inside thereof, a partition wall which divides the cooling chamber into a first recovery chamber and a second recovery chamber such that the recovery takes place in sequence, and a plurality of cooling fins which are provided across the first recovery chamber and second recovery chamber and which condense the oil vapour upon receiving cold air transmitted from the main cooling body; an injection unit for making the oil vapour, that has been heated in the heating unit, flow into the first recovery chamber; and a discharge unit having an oil-drainage tube for discharging liquid organic solvent comprising volatile organic compounds recovered by means of the recovery unit, an air-discharge tube for discharging air recovered by the organic solvent to the outside, and a tank-truck-connecting port which links through to the air-discharge tube and discharges the air to a tank truck.
