Title:
VOLTAGE JUDGMENT METHOD, VOLTAGE JUDGMENT PART, POWER CUT-OFF METHOD, AND POWER CUT-OFF DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2005/124807
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A voltage judgment method for judging whether a voltage exceeds a predetermined value includes: a diode preparation step for preparing a diode having Zener voltage substantially identical to a predetermined value; a bimetal preparation step for preparing a bimetal capable of changing its state from a normal temperature state to a high temperature state by receiving heat generated from the diode; a B contact preparation step for preparing a B contact changing from the current-supplied state to the non-current-supplied state which is interlocked with the change of the bimetal from the normal temperature state to the high temperature state; a first circuit preparation step for preparing a first circuit having a conductive material bridged on a pair of terminals for receiving the heat generated from the diode so as to be melted and cut off when a predetermined temperature is reached; and a voltage application step for applying voltage in the reverse direction to the diode. With this configuration, it is possible to provide a voltage judgment method, a voltage judgment part, a power cut-off method, and a power cut-off device having a simple configuration and performing reliable operation.
