Abstract:
Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to the technical field of semiconductors, and provide a voltage regulating circuit and a memory thereof. The voltage regulating circuit comprises: a reference voltage generation module, configured to output, on the basis of the temperature of the environment in which the reference voltage generation module is located, a first reference voltage that varies with environmental temperature; a comparison module, configured to receive the first reference voltage, a second reference voltage, and a third reference voltage, and compare the magnitudes of the first reference voltage and the second reference voltage or compare the magnitudes of the first reference voltage and the third reference voltage, so as to output a control signal; and a voltage output module, configured to receive the first reference voltage, the second reference voltage, and the third reference voltage, use one among the first reference voltage, the second reference voltage, and the third reference voltage as a first input voltage of the voltage output module on the basis of the control signal, and output an output voltage on the basis of the first input voltage. The embodiments of the present disclosure at least facilitate adjusting output voltage on the basis of environmental temperature.
