Abstract:
A voltage regulator module (100) and an implantable nerve stimulation system. The voltage regulator module (100) comprises a fine regulating charge pump (10) and a voltage doubling charge pump (20) connected to each other. A first output voltage V1 of the fine regulating charge pump (10) is equal to m*V0, a second output voltage V2 of the voltage doubling charge pump (20) is equal to n*V0, and a total output voltage V of the voltage regulator module (100) is equal to V1 + V2, V0 being an input voltage, m having a value range of 0~1, and n being an integer greater than or equal to 1. Said system uses a combination of the fine regulating charge pump (10) and the voltage doubling charge pump (20) to output a large-scale finely-regulatable total output voltage V, so that the actual total output voltage V is close to a required stimulation amplitude as much as possible, thereby greatly reducing power consumption.
