Abstract:
Disclosed are a voriconazole-containing ophthalmic gel, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof in the preparation of a drug for treating fungal keratitis. The ophthalmic gel comprises the following ingredients in percentage by weight: 0.5%-2% of voriconazole, 10%-30% of a solubilizer, 20%-30% of a gel matrix, 1%-4% of a lubricant and the balance of water for injection. The ophthalmic gel enables voriconazole to adhere to the cornea, maintains the effective treatment concentration of voriconazole, prolongs the effective treatment time, reduces the administration frequency, improves patient compliance, improves the stability of a voriconazole solution, increases the retention rate of the formulation at the action site, and improves the bioavailability of voriconazole.
