Abstract:
The present invention relates to a waffle-type slab mold comprising a main waffle form installed on the upper surface of a slab mold of a structure. The main waffle form comprises: a wall portion formed to slope and shaped to have a narrow top and a wide bottom; a wing portion that abuts the upper surface of the slab mold of the structure; a horizontal portion integrally formed on an end of the upper portion of the wall portion; and a support rib assembly which is fastened inside the wall portion and the horizontal portion in an attachable/detachable manner, and which is formed at such a height that the same abuts the upper surface of the slab mold. The waffle-type slab mold also comprises a sub waffle form that can be stacked on the main waffle form. No support rib is formed inside the waffle form such that, when transported or stored, a plurality of waffle forms can be stacked without damaging the same. Support ribs can also be separately stacked, transported, and stored easily. Support ribs can be easily assembled in a lattice shape on site and can be inserted and installed into the waffle form. The load performance of the waffle form can be improved by installing a support rib that has the same height as that of the waffle form. The fact that support ribs can be manufactured separately makes waffle form molding simpler and easier. When a waffle-type slab is concrete-cured and demolded, support ribs can be simply demolded, making the demolding process easy.
