Abstract:
Disclosed is a waist twister, comprising a rotary table and a base (8) rotatably connected to a rotation shaft (9) of the rotary table, and also comprising a support pillar (1), wherein a handle is fixedly connected to the support pillar (1), a display screen (2) and a solar power supply device are provided on the support pillar (1) above the handle, the display screen (2) is connected to a sensor provided beside the rotation shaft (9) of the rotary table, the rotation shaft (9) of the rotary table is rotatably connected to the base (8), and the display screen (2) and the sensor are respectively connected to the solar power supply device. The waist twister has a simple structure and the manufacturing cost thereof is reduced; a rainshed (3) prevents rainwater in the air from hitting between the rotation shaft and the base (8) to ensure the service life of the waist twister; even on rainy days, residents can still exercise with the waist twister; and the waist twister is used in conjunction with the sensor and the display screen (2) to display the exercise time and calories burned.
