Abstract:
Provided is a wake-up circuit, comprising a switch transistor Q1, a switch control unit (11), a first capacitor C1, a capacitor charging resistor unit (13) and a capacitor discharge branch (14). The switch control unit (11) outputs, according to a CP signal, a switch control signal for controlling the switch transistor Q1 to operate. The first terminal of the first capacitor C1 is connected to the drain of the switch transistor Q1. The second terminal of the first capacitor C1 outputs a wake-up signal. An auxiliary power supply is connected to the second terminal of the first capacitor C1 by means of the capacitor charging resistor unit (13). Two terminals of the capacitor discharge branch (14) are connected to two terminals of the first capacitor C1. The resistance of the capacitor discharge branch (14) is much greater than the resistance of the capacitor charging resistor unit (13). One wake-up circuit enables compatibility with various wake-up method requirements of an electric vehicle, and the circuit is simple in structure, has small loss and is simple to control.
