Abstract:
A wake-up method of a smart home system, a wake-up apparatus, and a smart home system, relating to the technical field of smart homes, and capable of improving the wake-up experience of users. The wake-up method comprises: obtaining a set get-up time (S101); continuously playing back a first sound of a first duration at a first time before the set get-up time (S102); detecting a first user state after playback of the first sound is completed (S103); and if the first user state indicates that a user is not woken up, continuously playing back a second sound of a second duration, and adjusting the room temperature from a first temperature to a second temperature within the second duration (S104). A first frequency of the first sound corresponds to a light sleep period in a sleep period, a second frequency of the second sound corresponds to a fall-asleep period in the sleep period, the second duration is longer than the first duration, the sum of the first duration and the second duration is less than or equal to a set duration, the set duration is a duration from the first time to the set get-up time, and the absolute value of a temperature difference value between the first temperature and the second temperature is within a set temperature range.
