Abstract:
A walking machine (10) can be made to walk by moving a pair of leg parts (12) alternately. Each leg part (12) comprises a thigh part (21), a lower leg part (23), a knee joint part (24), and a rotation limiting part (25). The thigh part (21) is pivotably supported on a waist shaft (11). The lower leg part (23) includes a ground contacting part (22) which can be placed on a ground surface. The knee joint part (24) joins the thigh part (21) and the lower leg part (23) such that bending and stretching are possible. The rotation limiting part (25) limits the bending movement of the knee joint part (24) when the ground contacting part (22) is placed on the ground surface.
