Abstract:
The present application provides a wall-mounted ultrasonically-enhanced fermentation apparatus suitable for a large fermentation tank and a fermentation method thereof, and belongs to the field of bioengineering equipment. The fermentation apparatus comprises: a fermentation tank, ultrasonic transducer brackets, bracket connecting pieces, ultrasonic transducers, high-frequency connecting wires, a stirring shaft, a stirring paddle, an ultrasonic generator, ultrasonic vibrators and a stainless steel welded short pipe; the stirring shaft is arranged in the tank body and is coaxially arranged with the fermentation tank; a motor is arranged at one end of the stirring shaft, and the stirring paddle is arranged at the other end of the stirring shaft; a plurality of ultrasonic transducer brackets are arranged in the fermentation tank in an array mode, a plurality of ultrasonic transducers are arranged on the ultrasonic transducer brackets, and a plurality of ultrasonic vibrators are arranged on the inner walls of the ultrasonic transducers; the ultrasonic vibrators are electrically connected to the ultrasonic generator by means of the high-frequency connecting wires. The application also discloses a method for using the fermentation apparatus for fermentation. The apparatus of the present application overcomes the problem that the ultrasonic waves of traditional ultrasonic fermentation apparatus are easily attenuated and act unevenly, resulting in insignificant fermentation-promoting effects and unstable product quality.
