A warehouse management method and apparatus, a computer device, and a storage medium. The warehouse management method comprises: using, in a first barrier, a face-scanning device to scan the face of a user entering a warehouse, and acquiring an ID of the user entering the warehouse according to a scanning image of the face (S10); if it is determined that the ID of the user entering the warehouse is an ordinary employee ID number, searching a database based on the ordinary employee ID number to acquire a receivable RFID tag number corresponding to the ordinary employee ID number (S21); using an RFID scanning device to scan a space between the first barrier and a second barrier to acquire a first scanning RFID tag number, and acquiring a first item list based on the receivable RFID tag number and the first scanning RFID tag number, wherein the first item list comprises a first item position (S31); and based on the second barrier and the first item position, invoking a moving trajectory interface to set an optimal route for an item (S41). The warehouse management method can effectively reduce the time to search for a warehouse and improve efficiency.
