Abstract:
[Problem] To enable an evaluation of a work plan and actual work to be utilized in a next work plan. [Solution] A warehouse work management system that verifies work achievement of a warehouse operation acquires work achievement information after work for a day is completed, calculates achievement values of profit and work efficiency for the day on the basis of the acquired achievement information, compares the calculation results and income and expenditure plan values created in advance with each other, creates an alternative plan with changes to work personnel and/or work contents, simulates the alternative plan, and calculates a work efficiency based on the alternative plan.
