Disclosed in the present invention is a warning, prevention and treatment device for skin subcutaneous tissue injury, comprising a bottom-layer assembly, and further comprising a middle-layer assembly. The bottom-layer assembly comprises a mattress A, an air pump A, a longitudinal air pipe, an air pump B, and a transverse air pipe. The longitudinal air pipe and the transverse air pipe are inserted into the upper end of the mattress A, the air pump A is mounted at an end part of the longitudinal air pipe, and the air pump B is mounted at an end part of the transverse air pipe. The middle-layer assembly comprises a mattress B, a pressure sensor, a timing analyzer, and a display. After a supine body is on a mattress, and a pressure bearing point in the mattress B is under a pressure, the warning, prevention and treatment device for skin subcutaneous tissue injury starts to work and uploads pressure data to the timing analyzer; when some pressure units work for a long time, the timing analyzer prompts that a certain part does not change for a long time, the body may be injured by pressure, and a timing analysis system can correspondingly start the air pump A or the air pump B to adjust the pressure in the air pipes, such that the air pipes are deformed; and the air pipes around the pressure sensor working for a long time are deformed, such that the skin on the lower side of the body is changed by a pressure part.
