Abstract:
A washer conveyance apparatus, comprising a delivery mechanism (10), a drive mechanism (20), a limiting pin (30), a limiting block (40), a photoelectric sensor, and a counting module. The delivery mechanism (10) is provided with a delivery channel (11) that is arranged obliquely downward. The limiting block (40) is provided with a window (41) through which washers (50) pass; one sidewall forming the delivery channel (11) is provided with a through-hole (111) and a first slot; the other sidewall forming the delivery channel (11) is provided with a second slot (112) arranged opposite the first slot. The drive mechanism (20) is used for driving the limiting pin (30) through the through-hole and into the delivery channel (11). The drive mechanism (20) is further used for driving the limiting block (40) into the second slot (112) or ejecting said block from the second slot (112). The photoelectric sensor is electrically connected to the drive mechanism (20) and is used for sensing whether the side of the limiting block (40) is blocked by two mutually abutting washers (50). The counter module is used for obtaining the number of times the drive mechanism (20) drives the limiting block (40) into the second slot (112). The described washer conveyance apparatus can automatically count the washers conveyed by the conveyance channel, reducing labor costs.
