Abstract:

A washing method according to the present invention comprises the steps of: mounting a metal filter to a jig, which can move up and down and slide left and right inside a washing tub, so that an opening portion of the metal filter faces downward; lowering the jig so that a nozzle installed in the washing tub enters inside the opening portion; inputting predetermined amounts of water and a cleaning solution into the washing tub so that the metal filter is immersed therein; spraying compressed air through the nozzle to discharge bubbles toward the inner surface of the metal filter; draining the washing tub; spraying water through the nozzle to wash off the cleaning solution; and spraying the compressed air through the nozzle to dry the metal filter. A washing apparatus of the present invention comprises: a washing tub having a set capacity and connected to a cleaning solution tank; a jig which can move up and down and slide left and right inside the washing tub, and to which a metal filter can be fixed; a nozzle which is mounted in the washing tub so that a discharge hole thereof faces upward, and which sprays compressed air or water supplied from the outside into the washing tub; and a control unit which controls the supplying and blocking of a cleaning solution from the cleaning solution tank to the washing tub, controls the supplying and blocking of the compressed air or the water to the nozzle, controls the movement of the jig, and controls the filling or discharging of the water into/from the washing tub, wherein the control unit controls the movement of the jig, and selectively controls the supplying and blocking of the water, the cleaning solution, and the compressed air, and the draining of the washing tub according to a predetermined logic.
