Abstract:

The present invention relates to the field of washing machines and a control method therefor. Disclosed are a washing machine control method and a washing machine, which are designed for solving the problems of difficulty in practical application and the like of an existing method. The washing machine control method of the present invention comprises: before each piece of to-be-washed clothes is put into a washing barrel or during a roll weighing process of the piece of to-be-washed clothes, photograph or videotape each piece of to-be-washed clothes, and a control device compares, according to at least one photo or at least one picture captured from a video image, with clothes information in a database, and confirms essential information about each piece of to-be-washed clothes; and the control device automatically selects, according to essential information about all to-be-washed clothes, a washing program. The washing machine control method and the washing machine of the present invention solve the problem of difficulty in practical application of an existing method, thereby being convenient to use and high in accuracy of judging clothes information.
