Abstract:
A washing machine and an inner drum thereof, the inner drum (1) comprising an inner drum base (12) and an inner drum base cover (13), the inner drum base cover (13) being positioned below the inner drum base (12) and being fitted and connected to the inner drum base (12), at least one buoyancy chamber (2) used for providing buoyancy to the inner drum (1) being disposed between the inner drum base (12) and the inner drum base cover (13), a balancing medium being added to the buoyancy chamber (2) to obtain a balancing apparatus (3), the balancing apparatus (3) having an annular structure and being coaxial to the inner drum (1), a through-hole for allowing a pulsator shaft to pass through being disposed at the centre of the inner drum base (12) and the inner drum base cover (13), and the balance apparatus (3) at least comprising a first annular rib (41) close to the through-hole and obtained by extending downward and a second annular rib (42) obtained by extending downward from the outer edge of the inner drum base (12); when the inner drum base (12) and the inner drum base cover (13) are fitted together, the annular ribs (4) are closely fitted to the inner drum base cover (13) to form a plurality of balance apparatuses (3); and reinforcing ribs used for increasing strength are also provided on the inner drum base (12) and the inner drum base cover (13); when the inner drum is provided with buoyancy, by means adding a balance medium to the buoyancy chamber (2), the problem of balance rings mounted at the top of the inner drum (1) increasing the weight of the inner drum (1) is solved.
