Abstract:
A washing machine, according to an embodiment, comprises: a cabinet having, at the front thereof, an input port through which laundry is input; a tub provided inside the cabinet and having an opening corresponding to the input port; a drum rotatably provided inside the tub; a motor that provides power to rotate the drum; a first vibration sensor that detects vibration generated in the tub; a second vibration sensor that detects vibration generated in the cabinet; and at least one processor. The at least one processor may perform a spin-drying process according to a spin-drying profile defined by a rotation speed of the drum, and control, during the spin-drying process, rotation of the drum on the basis of a first vibration value corresponding to an output of the first vibration sensor and a second vibration value corresponding to an output of the second vibration sensor.
