Abstract:
Disclosed is a washing machine, comprising an inner drum for receiving clothes, a motor for powering the washing machine, and a pulsator provided in the inner drum and driven by the motor to alternatively rotate in forward and reverse directions; and further comprising at least two washing programs, wherein the time of single forward rotation of the pulsator in the second washing program is greater than the time of single forward rotation of the pulsator in the first washing program, and/or the time of single reverse rotation of the pulsator in the second washing program is greater than the time of single reverse rotation of the pulsator in the first washing program. According to the washing machine provided by the present invention, two different washing programs are set, and compared with the first washing program, the second washing program extends the time of the single forward and reverse rotations of the pulsator, reduces wear on delicate clothes, and avoids damage to the clothes due to frequent forward and reverse rotations of the pulsator, so that the washing machine can properly wash delicate clothes such as cashmere and woolen knitwears.
