Abstract:
This washing machine comprises: a housing; a top panel that has a loading port; a lid that is disposed on the top surface of the top panel and that opens/closes the loading port; a support member that is provided to a rear inner section of the top panel and is fixed to the housing; and a connection member that is fixed to the support member. The support member is provided with lateral walls that stand upright at both ends of the support member. The connection member connects the lateral walls which stand upright at both ends, and the connection member pivotally supports the lid.
