Abstract:
The present disclosure relates a washing machine comprising a first housing that includes an opening and defines a space into which a drum accommodating laundry is inserted, a barrier formed to seal the opening and coupled to the first housing, a storage tank configured to store carbon dioxide to be supplied to the drum, a first compressor and a second compressor, each of which compresses the carbon dioxide discharged after completion of washing in the drum and enables the compressed carbon dioxide to flow into the storage tank, an oil separator formed to separate oil from the carbon dioxide compressed in the first compressor and the second compressor, and a first valve configured to open or close a flow passage that guides oil separated by the first oil separator to the first compressor or the second compressor.
