Abstract:
A waste gas dust removal device, comprising: a plurality of dust removing chambers (1), the dust removing chambers (1) communicating with one another in sequence, and the dust removing chambers (1) being provided with an air inlet (2) and an air outlet (3); the air outlet (3) is provided with a purifying device (5), the purifying device (5) comprising an ultraviolet irradiation device (51) and a photocatalyst generating device (52); the ultraviolet irradiation device (51) is installed on a filter net (4), and the photocatalyst generating device (52) is installed in an air outlet (3) pipe; the dust removing chambers (1) comprise a hollow main dust removing device (11) and a hollow dust removing hopper (12), the main dust removing device (11) being fixed to the dust removing hopper (12); a sensing device (13) is installed on the dust removing hopper (12), the sensing device (13) comprising a temperature sensor (131) and a display device (132); the temperature sensor (131) is inserted onto the dust removing hopper (12), one end of the temperature sensor (131) being placed in the dust removing hopper (12), while the other end is connected to the display device (132); the main dust removing device (11) is internally provided with a plurality of dust removing cloth bags (111), the dust removing cloth bags (111) being suspended in the main dust removing device (11); the main dust removing device (11) is provided therein with a water spraying device (14), the water spraying device (14) comprising a water pipe (141) and a nozzle (142) that is disposed on the water pipe (141). The device has a simple structure, may monitor in real time the degree of dust accumulation in the dust removing hopper, and promptly remove dust from the dust removing hopper, thereby preventing the dust removing hopper from clogging, which may cause unnecessary losses.
