Abstract:
Disclosed is a waste paper processing device which performs a minimal recycling operation when a water outage occurs, then stops operating, and automatically performs maintenance actions, wherein, in an emergency operation action, a water outage operation control functional section (731) performs a recycling operation corresponding to at least one disintegration action of a recycling pulp unit (1) when the pulper (14) of the recycling pulp unit (1) is in the middle of disintegrating or finishes disintegrating, and then stops operating.
