Abstract:
The present invention is equipped with: a main condensing processing unit 6 equipped with a main condensing unit 9 which generates recovered oil Ro by condensing a cracked gas Gr, and has a main condensing vessel 7 to which cracked gas Gr from a main thermal cracking processing unit 3 is supplied, and also has a cooling unit 8 for cooling the main condensing vessel 7; an auxiliary thermal cracking processing unit 101 which generates re-cracked gas Grs by heating a residual gas component Grm, and has an auxiliary thermal cracking vessel 102 to which the residual gas component Grm remaining in the main condensing vessel 7 is supplied, and also has a heating unit 103 for heating the auxiliary thermal cracking vessel 102; and an auxiliary condensing processing unit 104 having an auxiliary condensing unit 107 which generates recovered oil Ro by condensing the re-cracked gas Grs, and has an auxiliary condensing vessel 105 to which the re-cracked gas Grs generated by the auxiliary thermal cracking processing unit 101 is supplied, and also has a cooling unit 106 for cooling the auxiliary condensing vessel 105.
