Abstract:
The present invention relates to a waste vinyl melting system that can be used to produce recycled products, such as septic tanks and drainage pipes, by melting collected waste vinyl as is without separate sorting, cutting or crushing, washing, and drying processes, and a method and system for manufacturing recycled products using same. The waste vinyl melting system according to the present invention comprises: a transfer unit that transfers collected waste vinyl to a first input unit of a first twin-screw extruder; the first twin-screw extruder that melts and mixes the waste vinyl; a second twin-screw extruder that secondarily melts and mixes the extrudate extruded from the first twin-screw extruder; and a third extruder that tertiarily melts the extrudate extruded from the second twin-screw extruder to produce a melt mass, wherein the third extruder includes: a twin-screw extruder unit in which a main screw and an auxiliary screw operate together; and a single-screw extruder unit in which a main screw alone operates. The waste vinyl melting system according to the present invention further comprises a first guiding screw for inputting the waste vinyl transferred from the transfer unit into the first input unit between first and second screws of the first twin-screw extruder, wherein the first guiding screw is configured such that the shaft thereof is disposed so as to form an acute angle with respect to the shaft of any one of the first and second screws of the first twin-screw extruder when viewed from the upper surface of the first twin-screw extruder such that the shaft of the first guiding screw forms an acute angle with respect to the axial directions of the first and second screws of the first twin-screw extruder in the same direction as the extrusion direction of the first twin-screw extruder, when viewed from the side of the first twin-screw extruder.
