Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a wastewater treatment method, provides a wastewater treatment method, and also provides a system capable of implementing the method, the method comprising the steps of: (a) providing wastewater containing microplastics; (b) forming aggregates in the wastewater by using iron ions; (c) separating a supernatant and aggregates from the wastewater; (d) aging the aggregates; and (e) heat-treating the aggregates.
