Background Art Generally, there are various kinds of picture frames that are hung on a wall surface or stand on a desk or a decoration stand. In addition, various kinds of watches such as a wall watch hung on a wall, a small desktop watch, etc. are fabricated and sold.

In order to implement a decoration function obtained by a picture frame and a functional characteristic obtained by a watch, etc. , a home or office is preferably provided with more than at least one watch and picture frame, respectively, that are placed on a wall surface or a desk. Therefore, the interior is complicated, and a complicated feeling is caused.

In order to overcome the above problems, a watch integrated picture frame is sold. The above watch integrated picture frame is implemented in a parallel structure in which a watch and a picture frame are simply engaged in the left and right sides or the upper or lower sides. In this case, the volume of the product is increased, two products are not well combined. In addition, only the function of the watch may be over emphasized, or only the decoration characteristic of the picture frame may be over emphasized, so that there is a big problem. Namely, in the case that only the function of the watch is emphasized, it is impossible to freely change the picture of the picture frame, or only small size pictures may be accommodated. In addition, in the case that only the decoration function of the picture frame is emphasized, the watch may be positioned in a certain corner portion. In addition, the size of the same is too small to easily recognize the time of watch. In addition, a certain picture or image may be covered by the hands of watch or numeral plates because they are positioned in a rear side.

Disclosure of Invention Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a watch combined picture frame of a transparent assembling type that overcome the problems encountered in the conventional art and that is capable of satisfying a function of watch and a decoration feature of picture frame for thereby

enhancing a practical and beauty feature.

It is another object of the present invention to provide a watch combined picture frame of a transparent assembling type in which a user can easily change a picture or image in a watch.

It is further another object of the present invention to provide a watch combined picture frame of a transparent assembling type in which an inserted picture or image is not covered by other elements in such a manner that a numeral plate and hands of watch are formed of a transparent material or a soft color material.

To achieve the above objects, there is provided a watch combined picture frame of a transparent assembling type, comprising a frame 10,50 in which a watch 30 is detachably assembled, and a picture 40 is attached to a front surface of the same, and a transparent plate 20 and 60 having numbers and being attached to a front side of the frame 10,50.

Here, a guide groove 11 is formed in a front surface of the frame 10 for inserting the picture 40.

In addition, an engaging hole 12 is formed in each corner of the frame 10 for an engagement with the transparent plate 20, and an elastic protrusion piece 21 is formed in a back surface of the transparent plate 20 in a portion corresponding to the engaging hole and is detachable from the engaging hole 12 of the frame.

An engaging hole 52 formed in each corner of the frame 50 passes through the frame 50 for an engagement with the transparent plate 60, and a concave portion 52a is formed in a back surface of the frame 50 and is extended from the engaging hole 52, and an insertion member 6 is formed in a back surface of the transparent plate 60 and is detachably engaged to the engaging hole 52 of the frame in a portion corresponding to the engaging hole.

At this time, in the insertion member 61, a portion passing through the engaging hole 52 and protruded in a backward direction of the frame 50 is folded by the hinge 61 a, and the folded portion is inserted into the concave portion 52a of the back surface of the frame, and the outer portion of the same is smoothly finished.

The insertion holes 54a and 54b into which support members 70a and 70b having holes 71a and 71 b formed in upper and lower portions for being used when hanging on the wall are formed in the back surface of the frames 10 and 50, and numbers are concaved or convex-formed on the front surfaces of the transparent plates 20 and 60, and the cross section of the nut 34 adapted to engage the watch 30 to the frames 10 and 50 is formed in a T shape for being easily held, and the watch hands 31,32 and 33 and the nut 34 are formed of a transparent material, respectively.

There is further provided a frame shape frame member 22 being detachably attached to a rim of the transparent plate 20,60, and a board

member 42 attached to the back surface of the picture 40 and being inserted into the guide grooves 11 and 51 of the frames 10 and 50.

Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention The embodiments of the watch combined picture frame of a transparent assembling type according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the watch combined picture frame 1 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a frame 10 having a detachable watch 30 and a guide groove 11 provided in a front surface for inserting a picture 40 thereinto, and a transparent plate 20 having numbers and being attached to a front side of the frame 10.

A picture frame shaped frame member 22 may be detachably assembled to a rim of the transparent plate 20. The construction of the frame member 22 is not limited to its shape. In addition, the material of the frame member 22 is not limited to a transparent material. The frame member 22 is needed to be detachable by a user, and a certain shape, color and detachable method may be adapted.

As shown in the drawings, the guide groove 11 of the frame is extended in the upper and lower directions along the left and right marginal sides. The guide groove 11 may be extended in the left and right directions as well as in the upper and lower directions. An engaging hole 12 is formed in each corner

portion of the frame 10 and is engaged with the transparent plate 20 and is formed.

Numbers are concave or convex on the front surface of the transparent plate 20. An elastic protrusion 21 is formed on the back surface for thereby being detachably engaged with the engaging hole 12 of the frame in a portion corresponding to the engaging hole. The transparent plate 20 may include s frame line a common picture frame. A soft color may be provided in the entire portion or in a rim portion.

As shown in Figure 3, in the watch combined picture frame 1 of the transparent assembling type according to the present invention, the watch 30 and the frame 10 may be separable. Namely, the hands of the watch may be separated in a sequence of the second hand 31, the minute hand 32 and the hour hand 33 from the watch shaft 35, and the screw engagement between the nut 34 and the watch shaft 35 is disengaged, so that the watch body 36 is separated from the frame 10.

Here, the watch hands 31,32, and 33 and the nut 34 may be formed of a transparent material like the transparent plate and may preferably have a soft color. Even when the watch hands are formed of a transparent material, each watch hand has a certain thickness, it is possible to recognize the position of hands by a refraction of light.

In addition, the nut 34 is preferably formed in a ring shape. For a user's

convenience, as shown in Figure 4, the cross section of the nut 34 may have a T shape for thereby implementing an easier holding. In other words, the nut 34 may be formed in such a manner that a ring or polygonal protrusion 34b is integrally formed in the pipe shaped body 34a having a screw groove in the inner surface.

The watch 30 is separated from the frame 10, and the user inserts a picture or image 40 along the guide groove 11 of the frame. Continuously, a hole 41 having the same position and size as the through hole 13 of the center of the frame 10 is formed in the picture or image 40, and the watch is engaged to the frame 10 in the sequence reverse to the above sequence. The transparent plate 20 is assembled to the frame 10 to which a desired picture is attached for thereby finishing the transparent assembling type watch.

Here, the picture or image 40 may be directly inserted into the guide groove 11 of the frame 10. As shown in Figure 3, a board member 42 attached by a sticker or adhesive may be attached to a back surface of the picture or image 40 and then is inserted into the guide groove. The board member 42 is capable of preventing a large size picture from being movable and may be well adapted in the case that a small size picture is not accurately fitted to the guide groove 11.

In the present invention, when the user wants to change the picture, the watch is disassembled in the above sequence, and then the picture is removed

from the frame. Thereafter, a new picture is inserted into the frame, and then the watch is reassembled. It is possible to easily change the pictures.

As shown in Figures 5 and 6, the watch combined picture frame of a transparent assembling type according to the present invention will be described.

The watch combined picture frame 2 according to the present invention of Figures 5 and 6 includes a frame 50 having a detachable watch 30 and a guide groove 51 formed in a front surface for inserting a picture, and a transparent plate 60 having numbers and being attached to a front side of the frame 50 like the watch combined picture frame 1 of Figures 1 and 2.

The watch combined picture frame 2 according to the present invention has the following differences in the engaging structures of the frame 50 and the transparent plate 60. Namely, an engaging hole 52 formed in each corner of the frame 50 for an engagement with the transparent plate 60 passes through the frame 50, and a concave portion 52a is formed in a back side of the frame 50 and is extended in the direction of the engaging hole 52. In addition, an insertion member 61 is formed in a rear surface of the transparent plate 60 and is detachably inserted into the engaging hole 52 of the frame in a portion corresponding to the engaging hole.

The insertion member 61 passes through the engaging hole 52 in such a manner that a portion protruded in the back direction of the frame is folded by

the hinge 61a. The folding portion is inserted into the concave portion 52a of the back surface for being smoothly surface-finished. Finally, the insertion member 61 is inserted into the engaging hole 52, and a protruded portion is folded, so that the transparent plate 60 is fixedly engaged to the frame 50. When the insertion member 61 is exploded, the transparent plate 60 is easily separated from the frame 50.

Insertion holes 54a and 54b are preferably formed in the back surface of the frame 50 in the upper and lower portions, so that the support members 70a and 70b are inserted thereinto. Holes 71 a and 71 b are formed in the support members 70a and 70b and are used when handing on the wall. The support member 70b is adapted to prevent a falling-down when it is placed on the desk or table except for when hanging on the wall.

Here, the support members 70a and 70b may be adapted to the watch combined picture frame 2 of the present invention as well as the watch combined picture frame 1 of Figure 1. As a structure for hanging on the wall or placing on the desk, a certain known method may be adapted.

Industrial Applicability As described above, in the present invention, when engaging the watch and picture frame, it is possible to position a certain picture or photo at the center of the watch, so that a function of watch and a decoration effect of a

picture frame are concurrently achieved for thereby enhancing a practical use and beauty.

In addition, in the watch combined picture frame according to the present invention, a user can directly disassemble a picture and freely inserts the same and then reassembles. Namely, the user can freely change a picture or photo in a watch combined picture frame.

Furthermore, the numbers and watch hands are formed of a transparent plate or a transparent material or a soft color material, the inserted picture or photo is not covered by other elements.

As the present invention may be embodied in several forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof, it should also be understood that the above-described examples are not limited by any of the details of the foregoing description, unless otherwise specified, but rather should be construed broadly within its spirit and scope as defined in the appended claims, and therefore all changes and modifications that fall within the meets and bounds of the claims, or equivalences of such meets and bounds are therefore intended to be embraced by the appended claims.
