Abstract:
A water-absorbing composite sheet comprising a water-absorbing layer, a water-retaining layer, and a water-impermeable layer disposed in this order from the skin side, wherein a water backflow prevention layer made of a water-impermeable sheet material having water passage holes is disposed between the water-absorbing layer and the water-retaining layer and the total area of the water passage holes accounts for 3 to 40%, excluding 40%, of the total area of the water backflow prevention layer. The sheet has a sufficient water absorption and is comfortable because water backflow to the skin is reduced.
