Abstract:
The present invention relates to a water-based aluminum wire drawing liquid and a use method thereof. The water-based aluminum wire drawing liquid comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-25 parts of a self-emulsifying ester lubricant, 1-7 parts of neodecanoic acid, 4-11 parts of boric acid diethanolamine ester, 4-11 parts of polyethylene glycol PEG200, 4-11 parts of an antirust agent, 1-7 parts of a diethylene glycol monobutyl ether coupling agent, 0.1-2 parts of a hard water resistant agent, 1-6 parts of an aluminum phosphate corrosion inhibitor, 0.01-0.16 part of an organic silicon defoamer, and the balance being base oil. After the water-based aluminum wire drawing liquid prepared in the present application is mixed with water according to a certain ratio, the lubricating property of an aluminum material tested on a German Microtap tapping torque machine can reach the effect of wire drawing oil, and no problem occurs in actual field use of the liquid. The water-based aluminum wire drawing liquid has no fire risk in a use process, aluminum powder is easy to settle and filter, generation of workshop smoke and waste liquid discharge can be greatly reduced, and environmental pollution is reduced.
