Abstract:

A water-based coating composition curable with actinic energy rays which contains a water-compatible resin having chemically bonded phosphoric ester groups and ethylenically unsaturated double bonds and/or contains a phosphoric ester compound having an ethylenically unsaturated double bond and a water-compatible resin having ethylenically unsaturated double bonds. The composition has high solvent resistance and high adhesion to the surfaces of metallic materials.
