Abstract:
The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of coatings, and relates to a water-based paint for a glass steel tube, a preparation method therefor, an application method therefor and the use thereof. The water-based paint for a glass steel tube is mainly made from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 40-55 parts of a water-based acrylic resin, 4-12 parts of an organosilicon-modified fluorocarbon emulsion, 5-15 parts of an auxiliary, 32-36 parts of a color paste and 6-9 parts of water. The water-based paint for a glass steel tube of the present disclosure has the characteristics of strong adhesion, good water resistance, and an ultra-low VOC volatilization. In addition, the application method is simple, does not require high-temperature baking when used, and can save on resources and reduce energy consumption.
