Abstract:
Water-based paint specially for a stainless steel substrate, which water-based paint comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25-35 parts of an aqueous hydroxy polyurethane resin, 20-30 parts of an aqueous epoxy resin, 20-30 parts of an aqueous polyether acrylate, 15-25 parts of a color paste, 3-10 parts of a defoaming agent, 2-10 parts of a leveling agent, 2-10 parts of a wetting agent, 8-15 parts of a dispersing agent and 5-15 parts of an adhesion promoter. The method for preparing the water-based paint comprises the following steps: (1) weighing the raw materials; (2) mixing the aqueous hydroxy polyurethane resin, the aqueous epoxy resin and the aqueous polyether acrylate, and stirring same; (3) adding same to the color paste, stirring same, and naturally cooling same; and (4) successively adding the defoaming agent, the leveling agent, the wetting agent, the dispersing agent and the adhesion promoter while stirring to obtain the water-based paint. The obtained water-based paint has moderate viscosity, a uniform dispersion of raw materials, and good adhesion, is fast drying, has good film-forming, leveling and corrosion resistance properties and has strong operability.
