Abstract:
A water-based ultra-thin intumescent fire-retardant paint, comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25-30 parts of a water-based silicone-modified acrylic emulsion, 15-20 parts of a water-based ammonium polyphosphate resin, 20-30 parts of expanded graphite, 15-20 parts of a water-based melamine resin, 15-20 parts of a color paste, 3-5 parts of a defoamer, 5-10 parts of a dispersant, and 2-6 parts of a thickener. Further comprised are a preparation method for a water-based ultra-thin intumescent fire-retardant paint and an application of the paint on a steel structure.
