Abstract:

Disclosed is water-cooled pipe rotary surfacing apparatus. The apparatus comprises a machine frame (24), wherein the side wall of one side of the machine frame (24) is provided with a guide rail I (35), and the side wall of the other side of the machine frame (24) is provided with a guide rail II (44) and a rack (45). The apparatus further comprises a roller mechanism (36), a rotating mechanism (27) arranged on the same side as the roller mechanism (36), and a welding gun mechanism (40) arranged on the opposite side of the roller mechanism (36), wherein the roller mechanism (36) cooperates with and is connected to the guide rail I (35) through a sliding block I (25), the rotating mechanism (27) is fixed on the end part of the machine frame (24), the welding gun mechanism (40) is provided with a gear (47) and a sliding block II (46), the gear (47) cooperates with and is connected to the rack (45) under the drive of a driving electric motor (48), and the sliding block II (46) moves horizontally along the guide rail II (44); and a water pipe (29) to be welded is erected on the roller mechanism (36), and one end part of the water pipe (29) to be welded penetrates through the rotating mechanism (27) and is driven by the rotating mechanism (27) to rotate on the roller mechanism (36). The surfacing apparatus can replace manual work to carry out an intelligent surfacing operation on a water-cooled pipe.
