Provided is a water discharge structure for a vehicle, the structure having improved water discharge characteristics obtained by eliminating a hose and the structure being configured so that the back flow of water from a receiving groove section is prevented. A rainwater receiving groove (34) is provided at the boundary between the back window (16) and the luggage compartment door. A receiving groove section (50) for receiving rainwater flowing down from the side sections of the back window (16) is formed in the rainwater receiving groove (34). The receiving groove section (50) and a groove section (34a) which is located on the upstream side of the receiving groove section (50) are divided by a vertical partition wall (56). A water discharge hole (57) is formed in the vertical partition wall (56). A relay groove section (52) for receiving the rainwater discharged from the water discharge hole (57) is formed between the vertical partition wall (56) and the receiving groove section (50). The relay groove section (52) and the receiving groove section (50) are separated by a back flow prevention rib (60) for preventing the rainwater flowing down into the receiving groove section (50) from directly striking the water discharge hole (57).
