Abstract:
A water discharge trap whose maintenance work can be simplified while discharge liquid is allowed to appropriately flow to a discharge section. In the water discharge trap, there is provided a body section (4) having a communication path (7) that communicates between a reception section (5) and a discharge section (6). In the communication path (7) are a containing section (8) for containing discharge liquid that is received by the reception section (5) and a normally closed check valve (9) that comes up when the discharge liquid contained in the containing section (8) is equal to or more than a set quantity, opening the communication path (7) to allow the discharge liquid to flow to the discharge section (6). The containing section (8) is provided so as to communicate with a portion directly under the normally closed check valve (9). Of the communication path (7), the discharge section (6) is provided at the lowest position in a discharge side communication path (11), which runs from the normally closed check valve (9) to the discharge section (6), so that the discharge liquid does not stay in the discharge side communication path (11).
