Abstract:
A system for injecting hydrogen into water dispensed from a refrigeration appliance, comprising a tank defining an internal volume that is not greater than one liter. An electrolysis system comprises an anode and a cathode which are arranged within the internal volume of the tank. The anode and the cathode are configured to decompose water within the internal volume of the tank when the anode and the cathode apply a voltage difference during a hydrogen injection cycle of the electrolysis system. An audio transmitter is configured to give an audio alert in response to the completion of the hydrogen injection cycle.
