Title:
WATER-GAS-SHIFT REACTION CATALYST, METHOD FOR REMOVING CARBON MONOXIDE IN HYDROGEN GAS AND FUEL CELL POWER GENERATION SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2001/003828
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A water-gas-shift reaction catalyst, characterized in that it comprises a metal oxide carrier and, carried thereon, platinum. The catalyst can be used for removing CO in hydrogen gas with good efficiency over a wide range of temperature. In particular, the catalyst can be used in the water-gas-shift reaction for removing carbon monoxide contained in a reformed gas in a power generation system of a fuel cell.
